What is the cost for all the services?

We charge a flat fee for each service we provide. The charges are as follows:

Immunizations for those who qualify are:
One immunization— $5.00
2 or more immunizations— $10.00
Office Visits—$15.00
Physicals—$15.00
ADD/ADHD Evaluations—$20.00
Urgent Care - $20.00

We also provide referrals to mental health and nutrition and other professionals in our community. The cost to these services are at the discretion of the agency providing the service. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept Medicaid or insurance. We are constantly trying to improve our service to our children and we are actively trying to acquire these methods of payment.
